Job Description:-
- To perform Administrative and Office support activities
- To perform reception activities such as handling phone calls, fax, e-mails, etc
- To maintain systematic filing system, properly updated and managed index
- To monitor and manage staffs' attendance, overtime claim, leave application and medical claim.
- Handle HR Department credit bills and company utilities
- Co-ordinate training activities and manage diaries
- Assist in recruitment / interview process
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by Superiors
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Tools
- Required language(s): Malay, English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of AutoCount System is add an advantage
- At least five (5) years working experience in Administrative Department.
