We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing & Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our procurement and administrative operations. This role involves managing daily office tasks, assisting in purchasing activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Oversee general office management tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining well-organized records.
- Coordinate internal and external communication to ensure accuracy, clarity, and efficiency.
- Organize and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) based on departmental requirements.
- Source suppliers, compare quotations, and support negotiation efforts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of purchase transactions, invoices, and supplier contracts.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
- Work closely with other departments to support operational and procurement needs.
- Provide timely updates to management on procurement progress and administrative matters.
- Maximum 1 year of experience in administrative or purchasing roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum SPM qualification with distinction in Mathematics.
- Proficiency in Malay and English
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications for accurate purchasing decisions.
