HR Assistant Manager

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, career fairs, and employee referrals.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Develop and manage relationships with universities, professional bodies, and recruitment partners.
Data Management & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Guide and support junior recruiters or HR executives in day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and succession planning.
- Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence in talent acquisition.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
- Have strong knowledge of HR practice and current Labour Law, Industrial Relations and Statutory requirements.
- Pleasant personality, good team player, strong planning and organizing skill, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
