**Responsibilities**:- Liaise with relevant government bodies, vendors and internal stakeholders for visa and immigration related matters.- Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriate employees, providing support and assistance.- Continuously review visa and immigration processes, identify process gaps, and recommend solutions.- Support other HR operations processes as assigned.**Requirements**:- Experience in other HR operations processes or handling cross-regional visa/mobility is an added advantage.- Strong communication and have ability to interface with all levels of the organization.- Responsible and positive work attitude with the ability to deal with challenging tasks.Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Employment Visa related: 1 year (preferred)- Foreign work permit related: 1 year (preferred)- EP Process: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Chinese (required)
