With just a tap, applicants can apply for jobs offered by thousands of trusted employers in Singapore and Malaysia, across all sectorsWe are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team This role can be performed 100% remotely if you are based outside of Kuala Lumpur.What You'll Do:Use your outgoing personality and prospecting skills (think cold calling, emailing, social selling) to find the perfect customers for FastJobsAssess leads to identify those most likely to benefit from FastJobs solutionsPut your skills to work by uncovering key decision-makers at target accounts, paving the way for strong relationshipsEngage with potential customers, understand their challenges, and showcase how FastJobs can solve their problemsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads, maximizing successBecome an industry expert by keeping up with market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunitiesConsistently meet and exceed lead qualification goals, becoming a vital part of the high-performing sales teamWho You Are:1+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plusProven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a sales-driven environmentStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility quicklySelf-motivated and proactive, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulnessDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
