Market Mapping and Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market mapping to identify talent pools and key market trends.
  • Provide actionable insights on talent availability, competitor landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Present detailed candidate profiles, market intelligence, and sourcing strategies to the hiring managers.

Talent Sourcing and Listing:

  • Source high-quality talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • List and manage job postings across relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.

Talent Acquisition Operations and Administration:

  • Perform end-to-end TA operations, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Support local TA teams with administrative tasks to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.

Business Acumen and Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Understand the business needs and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring objectives.
  • Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and meet the company's diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to the hiring managers on best practices for inclusive hiring.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition (Sourcing) to join our team, focusing on sourcing exceptional candidates across Asia.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on market mapping and sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of the Asian job market and talent landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

*This role is under a contract arrangement. Successful candidates will be hired under a 3rd party contract arrangement under a 12-month contract.
