- Assist Conveyancing Lawyers in managing files, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research.
- Liaise with clients, banks, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
- Manage and maintain file records, ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Prepare and review legal documentation such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Financing Agreements, and other legal documents.
- Handle post-completion procedures, including registration of titles and charges, transfer of utilities, and payments of duties and fees.

- Diploma or degree in Law or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or related legal support role
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures in Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
