- To provide 1st level support and troubleshooting.
- To log problems onto HPSM.
- To ensure continuous improvement to the job function
- To submit daily, weekly and monthly helpdesk report to team leader
- To work within Team in a pressurized working environment

- To handle all contacts with openness, honesty and respect
- To act as single point of contact It related problems and queries,
- To maintain customer focus in all areas at all times.
- To ensure there is an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement within your job function.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:

Basic Salary range from RM2,800
RM3,500 (Maximum) depending on the experience:

Must be able to converse in Tamil & English:
- At least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Window OS, Basic Networking, PC Wireless Connectivity, Lotus Notes, Window XP, and Remote Access troubleshooting knowledge.
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes mail, MS Outlook At Least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
