Screening telephone calls, managing schedules, coordinating appointments and meetings for Director

  • Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of any meetings/ discussion if necessary
  • Update and highlight Director any issue of operation
  • Assist update products, sales operation reports & records
  • Assist Director's to liaise with oversea suppliers if necessary
  • Manage Director's appointments based on Planner
  • Managing travels arrangement on reservations of air ticket, visas, travel itineraries and hotel accommodation whenever Director travelling overseas or local.
  • Make reservation of restaurant if necessary.
  • Arrange of monthly and overseas claims if necessary.
  • Sorting and keep the name cards & filing of documents.
  • Issue, recording and bankin cheques for Director if necessary
  • Update & record Director bank accounts records if necessary
  • Any adhoc tasks assigned by Director
  • Excellent in writing, reading, speak in English, Chinese & Malay

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
