Screening telephone calls, managing schedules, coordinating appointments and meetings for Director
- Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of any meetings/ discussion if necessary
- Update and highlight Director any issue of operation
- Assist update products, sales operation reports & records
- Assist Director’s to liaise with oversea suppliers if necessary
- Manage Director’s appointments based on Planner
- Managing travels arrangement on reservations of air ticket, visas, travel itineraries and hotel accommodation whenever Director travelling overseas or local.
- Make reservation of restaurant if necessary.
- Arrange of monthly and overseas claims if necessary.
- Sorting and keep the name cards & filing of documents.
- Issue, recording and bank-in cheques for Director if necessary
- Update & record Director bank accounts records if necessary
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director
- Excellent in writing, reading, speak in English, Chinese & Malay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
