Administration / Project / Business Assistant

- Responsible for the management, classification, organization, filing and storage of sales documents and information
- Responsible for conveying the company's notices/latest marketing materials and product upgrade training to the business partners
- Responsible for statistics of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports of each business partner
- Complete other tasks assigned by the head of department
Job Requirement
- Degree or above, majoring in marketing or business related are preferred
- Work patiently and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and respond to customer needs spontaneously
- Strong learning and acceptance ability, able to quickly accept and adapt to product updates and iterations
- Have strong logical thinking and communication skills, and be able to solve customer problems concisely and quickly
- A stable mentality and can withstand a certain amount of work pressure
- Having good communication skills, proficient in English and Chinese is a must, other languages (Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian) will be given priority
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point and computer operations
- Those with industryrelated or sales experience are preferred
Salary:
RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
