Job Scopes:

  • Recruitmentrelated:_
  • Assist in access card, mobile phones preparation for any relevant new employees before they on-board
  • Assist in coordinating for interviews, if needed
  • Scan, photocopy and courier out the approved Offer Letter / BAFs to the relevant parties
  • Exit Management related:_
  • Assist in printing / getting ready the necessary documents for Acceptance of Resignation (AOR) letter preparation, including generating attendance record for the relevant employees
  • Assist in arranging the employees to come to HR office to sign the AOR
  • Scan, photocopy and courier out the AOR after management's acceptance
  • Filing for the completed documents
  • Other tasks:_
  • Responsible for stationery purchase, including liaising with other departments on their requests as well as liaising with suppliers/vendors and
  • Responsible for the management of toiletries and cleaners
  • Contact contractors for office management / repair purposes, e.g. air-con, piping, photocopying machines, lift, faulty issues with doors, lights, etc

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
