Secretary/ Personal Assistant to General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Provide secretarial support to the General Manager, including Schedule meetings and schedules, take meeting minutes, draft documents, screen calls, receive guests and visitors.
  • Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients/contact information for the Management Office.
  • Performing any adhoc duties as assigned by General Manager.

Requirements:

  • Two years and above of the relatedworking experience
  • Proficient in three languages in both oral and written (Preferred Mandarin speaker)
  • Good understanding of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Experience with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, extrovert, optimism, thoughtful
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relative field
  • Proficient in three languages in both oral and written (Preferred Mandarin speaker)
Bachelor degree and above of business-related course such as international business, business administrative, financial

  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
