Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use our platform and services effectively.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a quick resolution.

Customer Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services. Relay customer needs and suggestions to relevant departments.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products, services, and best practices in customer success.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluent in English.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a related role, preferably in the travel industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer support tools. Familiarity with online travel booking systems is a plus.

Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
