- 與客戶建立融洽的長期關係,同時提供卓越的客戶服務標準。
- 建立貨運預訂安排
- 接待客戶對產品和服務的詢問
- 與銷售和營運團隊良好合作。
- 管理多個客戶聯絡管道:(來電/呼出電話、電子郵件、即時聊天、社群媒體平台等)
- 實現安排日期和等待時間的每月 KPI。
- 定期及時管理和更新分配的客戶名單。
- 處理高知名度的客戶。
- 與產品團隊聯絡以改善作業流程。
- 提供一般營運和銷售支援。

**工作要求 :**
- 候選人必須至少擁有任何領域的文憑、高級/學位。
- 也鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
年客戶服務經驗將是額外的優勢
- 所需技能:呼叫中心背景、客戶服務、協調技能。
- 擁有優秀的英語口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 以結果為導向,與 KPI 配合良好。
- 能夠輕鬆地使用不同的溝通方式進行聯絡工作(主要是電話)
