Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our catering services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media platforms, creating content and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate events, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive catering sales.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer preferences and tailor marketing efforts to target audiences effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5 years) in F&B marketing, preferably in the catering services industry or hotel industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with catering industry trends and customer preferences is an added advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
