Be the first point-of-contact for our customers seeking assistance, including intermediariesCoordinate with internal teams to resolve customers' concernFollow-up and update on customers' requests and statusEffectively manage large numbers of incoming messageHandle quotation and enquiries across various line of businesses offered by the CompanyEnsure accuracy and completion of enrolment forms for submissionAble to conduct telesales activities professionally when requiredHandle customers shipment requestsCommunicating with customers through various channels.

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company`s service.

Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issuesMandarin speaking is a bonus point as you need to liaising with China companyProvide general administrative support.



  • At least Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Preferably with 1-2 years working experience as a customer service, or related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
