Randstad is partnering with a reputable group, specialised in importing and distributing of high quality fertilisers. In light of an expansion to their finance team, the team is looking to hire a Accounts and Admin Manager to join them in their office in Selangor.

about the job

To head the Finance & Administration Department, ensure proper system of internal control and costing and timely preparation of financial reports and costing reports for Management decision.To prepare and submit the Companies' accounting returns timely for consolidation.To oversee/ coordinate/ prepare whole set of annual tax information for tax agent's tax computation preparation
purpose. To manage human resource and administration functions of the Companies.To manage taxation matters of the Companies.To prepare and submit timely budgets of the Companies for consolidation.To ensure proper functioning of system of internal control and to oversee the accounting, reporting, finance, budgeting, audit and tax functions of the Companies.Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.requirementsBachelor degree qualification in Accounting / Finance. Minimum 5 years of working experience. Knowledge in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards, Group Consolidation, Taxation and Budgeting. External Audit experience is an added advantage. expectations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fast paced environment.
