What you will do:

  1. Operations & Process Management: Oversee daily operations, improve and optimize existing processes, and ensure adherence to SOPs, stepping in as a backup for the team when needed.
  2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  3. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track key operational metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  4. Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential operational risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, customer support, and technology teams, to align operational processes and achieve business objectives.

What we are looking for:

  1. 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in digital financing or fintech.
  2. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  3. Prior experience in process automation will be an added advantage.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

You will shine in this role if you are/have:

  1. PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Appliances; Ability to create and process Google Sheets.
  2. Detail-oriented and familiar with BURSA rules and SC guidelines.
  3. Available on an immediate basis.
