  • Brief customers and agents on products and promotions and resolve complaints.
  • Handle confirmation to purchase submissions, lot enquiries, reservations and confirmations, transfer and cancellation cases.
  • Monitor and update customer database and zone plan for sold out lots.
  • Issue temporary receipt and official receipt and handover the daily sales collection as per scheduled to Site Admin Department.
  • Ensure that all daily sales related documents are properly filed or documented.
  • Key in deceased information into SCLC and compilation of relevant documents for submission to respective departments.
  • Update daily burial and urn or pedestal installation records, sold out lots and customer database for management review and analysis.
  • Support front counter daily routine including feedback on customer inquiries and picking up phone calls.
  • Liaise with respective sections or departments to settle all problems related to service and operation work.
  • Full collaboration with service team colleagues and related departments to ensure smooth operation during the funeral procession and urn installation rite.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Applicants must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service or Administrative field.
  • Mandarin/English required. Multilingual skills are a strong advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and agents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Discipline, maturity, positive thinking, and a friendly personality.
  • Computer literate with good interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: Opposite of Southern Park

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.15pm)
