Restaurant Manager, French Restaurant Puteri

Manage all operation aspects of restaurant such as manpower planning, service standard, profit etc.
- Be hands on and participate during daily operations service
- lead by example
- Development of the brand's strategy and operations
- Stock control (orders, inventory, consumption, etc)
- Ensure that quality of food and service are maintained and in line with Les Bouchons standards
- Lead and cooperate towards the company’s marketing campaigns
- Coach and guide team members to achieve sales and profit targets
- Recommend effective solutions to increase outlet sales and operations performance
- Review business performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, manage problems with deliveries, coordination with Supply Chain Department, etc.
- Liaise with internal and eternal parties to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure SOP's compliance in all department area such as operations, administrative and human resource.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees development
- Work Closely with BOH and FOH department.
**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
