- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in HR administrative.
- Familiar with Malaysia human resource act & taxes handling.
- Positive & good personality
- Good communication skills, able to communicate with related authorities and internal stake holders.
- Proficient in English, Good in Malay & Mandarin.
- Possess Driving license

**Job Descriptions:

- **
- To handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office.
- To manage staff attendance & leave records.
- To assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
- To handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
- To liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO.
- To manage monthly payroll and payroll administration
