**About the position**:As a Human Resources Associate, you will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout the region and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities.
**What you will do**:
- Support key employee life cycle processes such as new professionals, data management, absence managements, transfers, leavers
- Preparing global HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documentation, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, resignation letters
- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform: input, update and maintain customer & professional personal data, process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new hire, change of status, benefits, terminations, etc.
- Communicate and liaise with insurance vendors, local service providers, pension providers, and relevant government agencies to effectively resolve issues, queries, and requests from customers and professionals
- Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- First point of contact for professionals on any HR related inquiries
**What we are looking for**:
- 2-5 years of HR operations experience
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Intermediate knowledge of labor legislation throughout Malaysia
- Ability to work in international team comprised of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds
- Proven work experience in similar human resources positions or as an HR administrator
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability and experience to quickly build rapport and establish trust and understanding of customers, professionals, and global partners
- The ability to understand what is communicated and an urgency to resolve quickly, appropriately, and professionally.
- Experience with a help center support (e.g., Zendesk, etc.) and Salesforce will be an added advantage
- Someone highly reliable and willing to be flexible, and can work independently
- Someone highly organized and capable of multi-tasking
