Customer Relationship Management Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer care support including but not limited to inbound including calls, live chat, mobile app, website, for inquiries, technical issues, complaint, feedback and etc.
- In charge of case management including receiving of information from customer, escalating information and follow up on progress.
- Maintain proper recording through Customer Relationship Management System.
- Plan and conduct customer engagement programs, as necessary, in line with the current objectives to be achieved.
- Preparations of monthly reports and use the outcome as references for future improvements.
- Escalate the feedback to relevant departments wherever applicable, to provide solutions or as guidance to structure future plans for improvement.
- Maintain good correspondence with customers, to ensure that their voices are being channeled appropriately and provide updates for applicable cases.
- Maintain good relationships with VIP customers and increase satisfaction and loyalty.

**Job Requirements**
- Graduates with a diploma, or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years working experience in the Customer Service Department. Experience in the digital marketing industry is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Good problem solving skills and communication skills.
- Trustworthy and have a high sense of responsibility.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
