**Require Immediate Starter Immediate Hire**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels **(Live Chat Only)**:
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
**Job Requirement**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English & Mandarin**:
- No experience required.
- Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
- Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
- Willing to work 12 hour shifts (9am - 9pm/ 9pm - 9am), 7 days rotational.
- 4 days work, 3 days off.
**Remuneration**
MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,500 + Allowances

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
