**Job Scope**

Are you a dynamic and adaptable individual with a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our brand strategy and asset management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies while ensuring the optimization and coherence of our brand assets across all touchpoints. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in shaping brand perception, driving expansion, and enhancing our market presence.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic brand blueprints aligned with organizational objectives and tailored to resonate with target demographics.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to unearth emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
- Establish and uphold brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in brand voice, visual identity, and brand encounters across all channels.
- Oversee the creation and administration of brand assets, including logos, typography, imagery, and other visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external collaborators to execute integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce brand identity and amplify brand visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance and perception, leveraging data-driven insights to refine brand strategies and tactics.
- Champion our brand both internally and externally, fostering a deep-seated understanding and admiration for our brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years in brand strategy, brand management, an d partnership ideally within e-commerce, marketplace, technology, or a comparable industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate insights into practical brand strategies.
- Natural creativity and adaptability, combined with a keen sense of design aesthetics and conceptual understanding.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with brand asset management tools and platforms is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for branding, complemented by a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry standards.
- Collaborative mindset, adept at thriving in cross-functional teams and navigating a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
