**Responsibilities**:

- To guide and educate employees on the procedures, guidelines and policies.
- To direct employees request to the correct channel / party / reference point
- To create answer guide / template for FAQs
- To compile frequents queries - creating chatbox
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
- Able to make recommendations to improve processes and service delivery

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any related field with at least 1 year of helpdesk experience or customer service. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Must be able to speak and write in English and BM fluently. Adverse in other languages are advantage.
- Customer driven and positive attitude.
- Has the ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Has the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to conduct research widely, absorb and retain information quickly
- Must be able to work and be based at The Ascent Petaling Jaya
