**主な職務：**
- お客様からの電話、メール、チャットに対応し、問題を解決します。
- 旅行の予約、変更、キャンセルを手配します。
- お客様に旅行スケジュール、料金、ポリシーに関する情報を提供します。
- お客様のフィードバックを収集し、サービス改善のための提案を行います。

**必要なスキルと経験：**
- 日本語を母国語とすること。
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと問題解決能力。
- カスタマーサービスやコールセンターでの経験があることが望ましい。
- 旅行業界に関する知識があると尚可。

**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our travel customer service team as a Native Japanese-speaking Travel Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring their travel experiences are memorable and enjoyable.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends, including changes in airline policies, travel restrictions, and security procedures.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Native Japanese speaker with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and online booking platforms.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
