**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation is hiring
We are looking for a **Strategic Account Manager - Oil & Gas** to join us in our Puchong, Malaysia office. This role will be is responsible for achieving targeted AOP through effective alignment, execution and accomplishment of Growth Initiative goals for the assigned strategic accounts in the O&G industry in Malaysia.
**Brief Job Scope**:
- ** Develops strategy and account plans** for assigned strategic accounts and coordinates with channel & Industry Vertical Teams/OEM in order to achieve AOP Target
- ** Maintains healthy mix/funne**l of products, solutions and services within assigned strategic account packages
- Obtains **in-depth understanding of client processes and business model**:
- ** Identifies right qualifying opportunities and drive quality of engagemen**t to ensure effective customer win rate
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective product, solution and services delivery
- Ensures compliance to policy and procedures as per RA's standards
**About You**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- More than 5 years' relevant sales / account management experience in O&G industry
- Demonstrated technical acumen (industrial automation) and industry (O&G) experience to understand customers issues and providing capabilities to address these issues.
- Passion to win (Resilient and driven to succeed)
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills in order to manage our selling model.
- Excellent communication skills
