- Developing and implementing yearly strategic plans into master calendar.
- Identifying and assessing risks associated with the strategic initiatives and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic plans. Foster collaboration, communication, and alignment across the organization.
- Building and maintaining relationship with clients and any other individuals related to the organization.
- Preparing and presenting business opportunities/partnerships/collaborations/event proposal.
- Measuring and analysing business opportunities/partnerships/collaborations/event effectiveness, preparing the performance report/ROI report/post mortem report.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
