Business Development Executive

1. To involve in product development including product concept development and unique selling point identification and differentiation.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis on nutraceutical market trend and competitor data.
3. Manage current product portfolio and customer account, conduct customer surveys to assess demand, create awareness and identifying and researching opportunities that come in new and existing market.
4. Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment with product team (R & D, QAQC & Production) with regards to implementation of regulatory requirement and customer inquiry.
5. Communicating with customers to understand their needs on product technical and stability including customer complaints and offer solutions to their problems.
6. Coordinating with customers and product team for production and delivery schedule.
7. Keep up to date with local and international legislation, guidelines, and regulations.
8. Pose good soft skill in dealing with a range of stakeholders including customer, suppliers, and colleagues.
9. Global raw materials sourcing and evaluation.
