HR & Admin Manager

Implementing, monitoring and reviewing human resource and administrative policies, procedures and regulations of the Company.
- Develop and implementation of the policies such as discipline policies, the dress code, the ethics that the employees have to follow.
- Keeping track of employee information, and ensuring a company complies with labor laws and employment standards.
- Develop training program to ensure that employees are updated on their skills and improve their job performance.
- Work as company culture ambassador to develop a positive working environment and facilitate positive employee relationships that supports the company's strategic goals.
- Address employee concerns, and resolve disputes between employees and company leadership.
- Evaluate recruiting methods and employee performance.
- Overseeing the payroll function.
**Salary**: RM11,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
