**Responsibilities**:

- To provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters
- To coordinate and interact with HODs on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business and follow up with HODs on behalf of Directors
- To execute administration works in the Company
- Update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of Admin correspondences/ file
- Assisting in organizing Company’s special events or Company’s activities and etc.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis

**Job Requirements**
- Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, multi-tasking abilities and accountability
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multi-task assignment, good sense of urgency and able to meet tight deadlines
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
