As a **Business Development Executive**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our regional/domestic sales for courier services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to expand our client base and increase revenue.

**Key Activities / Accountabilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the designated domestic market.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored courier solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the courier service or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel with own transport.
