**JOB VACANCY AT UiTM HOLDINGS SDN BHD**

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Administration
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering office supplies.
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Monitor and update dispatch riders’ routes and movement.
- Process all bills related to GHC and administration functions.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
- Confidentially handle sensitive information.
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail.
- Manage staff appointments, travel and meeting arrangements.

2) Receptionist
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Terms and Criteria:
The applicant must meet the following requirements:

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with Receptionist, Administrative and clerical procedures.
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and appearance.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g.: Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.

This post is a **PERMANENT** position.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
