**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in matters related to Human Resource and Administration (HRA) activities.
- Provide support in liaising with personnel from Site Offices of HRA for matters related to HRA.
- To handle basic administrative work such as photocopying receive incoming calls, typing letters, filling, documentation and mailing documents.
- Participate in organizing staff event & celebration.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Management or equivalent.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work well with people and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possess the ability to quickly learn and use software and systems.
- Able to work at Mont Kiara's office.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
