Position: HR Manager

Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Permanent

Reporting to: Board of Director

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee incentives.
- Design and deliver employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management review.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees and management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Must have experience managing workers for more than 100 employees.
- Must able to travel to the client factory in Malacca once per week or as instructed by the management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
