**Requirements**
- **Available to join on 9 July 2024**:

- Any experience or education that related in IT related field
- Available to working in **24 hours** rotational shift
- **Fresh graduate** with **basic IT** related field are welcome
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
- Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software

**Responsibility**
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.

**Working timing**:

- Rotational shift
- 12 hours/per day
- 4 Working days
- 3 Off day

**Working location**:

- Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur (nearby Bukit Bintang area)

**Benefits**

**Remuneration Package**
- Basic: RM2,000 - RM2,500
- Standby allowance
- Attendance allowance
- Overtime allowance

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
