**Dispatch and Administration Duties**
- Responsible for sending/collecting documents to/from office; ensuring all assigned documents sent in a timely manner.
- To assist and perform official duties such as banking and accounts related matters as assigned by the Finance and Accounts Department. (These include Govt. Statutory submissions, payment of utilities and suppliers’ bills, purchasing of office supplies, etc.)
- Overall general dispatch and administration work as assigned by the Admin Manager.
- To assist the admin department to perform office inventory or asset checking or audit whenever is necessary.
- Must be able to collaborate with other members of the administration team.
- Accept Ad hoc tasks and always ready to carry out job functions instructed from time to time by your immediate superior or department head.
- Documents entrusted to you for dispatch are not allowed to be kept out of office overnight. You are to return them to the office on a daily basis.
- You are to take full responsibility for the assets or documents entrusted to you.

**Others Administration Duties - for office upkeep and maintenance**
- To upkeep and ensure cleanliness within the office areas.
- To assist in packing parcels for courier service whenever required.
- Coordinate and attend to contractors for maintenance and repair works.
- Knowledge of basic office fixtures and fitting repair work is an added advantage.
- Assist in the disposal/recycling of documents.

**Qualifications**
- Must possess at least SPM qualification.
- Minimum 3 years in similar working experience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work extra hours when necessary or required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to type. On job training will be provided as and whenever required data entry.
- Healthy with pleasant personality, team player, customer service oriented and able to perform multi-task.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Despatch: 3 years (required)
- Office Assistant: 3 years (required)
