Job Overview:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Regularly update clients on the progress of ongoing recruitment processes and provide timely solutions to any issues that may arise.
Employee Management:
Work closely Business HR to and facilitate discussions regarding increment/extensions of existing employees
Advocate for employees' interests while aligning with client requirements and business objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of employee increment/extensions processes.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for potential clients.
Pay: RM3,157.82 - RM6,000.00 per month
