**About the Role**:
We're seeking a talented and multilingual individual to join our fast-paced Chat Support team. You'll be the friendly face (or rather, voice) behind the scenes, providing exceptional support to users on a popular social media platform.

**What You'll Do**:

- Be a champion for our users You'll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide clear and concise guidance through chat.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community. Your empathy and communication skills will be key in building rapport with users from diverse backgrounds.
- Think on your feet You'll encounter a variety of inquiries, and your ability to research and find solutions quickly is essential.
- Embrace the power of collaboration. You'll work alongside a team of passionate individuals, learning from each other and sharing best practices.
- Be a bridge between cultures. As a non-native Japanese speaker, your unique perspective will be invaluable in understanding and supporting users from Japan.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM8,100.00 per month
