We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our growing team in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Your main responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
General:

- Dealing with any office enquiries that come through internally or externally.
- Database management
- Admin for onboarding of new direct hires within the APAC region in support of Global HR team.
- Liaising with inspectors regarding their documentation.
- Formatting inspector CV’s
- Responsible for booking meetings for Managers and colleagues.
- Receiving and filtering calls into the office and taking detailed messages for those who are unable to take the call.
- You may be asked to draft correspondence for and on behalf of the office from time to
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Managing the Social activities for the Region including researching and arranging team building activities and office dinners etc

Skills and experience required:

- You must be able to show that you have previous administration experience.
- Good time management and efficiency
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to read and interpret instructions carefully
- Full working knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team ethics

Previous experience of working in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred but not a requirement.
