**Salary**:

IT/Telecommunications, Manufacturing(Computer/Telecommunication), Manufacturing(Electronics/Semiconductors)1. Participate in salary & benefits survey with vendors & gather market data on compensation related.
2. Do external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant for the business and is market competitive
3. Provide guidance to NOCs on forecasted salary increment using consistent & reputable HR consultant/vendor (cost efficiency)
4. Give advice on proposing compensation package (include benefits) for senior leaders/expats5. Implement effective reward programs in the region on an economy of scale (better bargaining power)
6. Supports NOCs in designing salary framework (sales incentive, salary structure and benefits) cater to diverse needs of staff to attract and retain staff
7. Conduct annually on DOW Jones, insurance and any other matter (all survey & market research)
8. Handle all expatriate management (non-Japanese) in APAC region
9. Responsible for workforce planning and organizing of workshops in the region10. Support Supervisors on projects assigned
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:- Possess degree or above
- Minimum 10 years of work experience as HR field, includes C&B experience and managed total headcount more than 100
- Experience of liaise with manager or head of department layers**English Level**:
