**Position: Customer Service Executive**

**Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2500 (Depending on experience)**

**Working Location: Petaling Jaya**

**Tenure: 6 months (Renewable basis/Converted to permanent)**

**Job Descriptions**
- Professionally and accurately handling inbound calls from customers pertaining to the company products and services inquiries and complaints
- Responsible for keeping abreast of product knowledge, marketing campaigns, systems, and processes.

**Preferred Qualification**
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the customer service field
- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Ability to withstand the pressure with a high volume of calls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Mandarin (preferred)
