Service Scheduler

Optimizing available field service resources by assigning service assignments to technician dashboard
- Ensuring planned order completing before the target date/due date
- Update scheduling tools in timely manner to reflect up to date information
- Managing job loading, productivity and workload distribution which promotes field force efficiency.
- Field Service route optimization/planning reducing technician’s windshield to wrench ratio.
- Adhering to SLA and response time as per service contract agreement
- Backup team member on job scheduling s in their absence.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree holder
- 1-2 years of related experience. Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication skills in English is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service capacity
- Handling Salesforce / SAP CRM platform will be an added advantage
