To manage and dealing with foreigners (welfare, medical, police issue, Immigration, Embassy, Airports & etc)
- To Spot Check & Monitor workers’ hostel (Foreigner & Local) - including 5S’ & fire extinguisher certificate renewal.
- Conduct Orientation Program for new join staff local & Foreigners.
- Assist foreign worker hostel management.
- Assist in purchase hostel utilities for new worker join.
- Assist on training preparation.
- Assist in building maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in staff clinical visits when necessary.
- Assist with account department for utilities payment and Hostel Agreement.
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
- SPM / Diploma & above.
- Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Familiar with JTK 446 act.
- Knowledge in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct is privileged.
- Required skill : MS Office, ability of multi-tasking & prioritization skills.
- Able to work independently and able to work within a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
