Procurement Assistant

**Primary Purpose and Scope**
- The basic responsibility of a procurement assistant in the Careclinics Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd (CCHS) warehouse is to help manage the flow of products and stock throughout the warehouse. They are also in charge of moving inventory safely across facilities of CCHS.
**Accountabilities and Key Result Areas**
- Receiving, checking, recording, organizing and storing stock as it is received according to company policy.
- Taking inventories of stocks, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored.
- Dispatching and loading goods out of the warehouse for delivery.
- Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of goods meets clinics’ expectations and timelines.
- Inspect items to ensure they are not damaged or faulty.
- Maintain safe and clean environment in the warehouse by keeping shelves, inventory space and workstations neat.
- Perform stock takes on all products in the warehouse periodically according to company policy.
- Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stocks are in line with the CxSys system and ensure all stock movements are recorded accordingly to ensure accuracy.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum SPM holder.
- Have basic computer skill knowledge and comfortable with new technologies.
- Experience in handling healthcare industries inventories will be an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock in a safely manner.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and good communication skills are required.
- Positive attitude and value teamwork
