Customer Service Executive

**Job Purpose**
Interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve product or services problems by being a detective - clarifying and understanding customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in a timely and accurate manner
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work in a team to achieve goals and assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior or other department
- Be an advocate for our customers, always ensuring their satisfaction
**Job Requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
