**OVERVIEW**

**Hiring Position**:

- Trust Administrator (Operations).

**Job Description**:

- Identify operational performance issues and suggest improvements to Seniors.
- Assist in the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
- Ability to use relevant screening protocols for monitoring potential or existing clients.
- Effectively managing workflows to produce outputs in accordance with the timelines required by the company.

**Job Requirement**:

- Proven working experience as a Process Executive/Operations Executive.
- 3-5 years relevant industry experience.
- Diploma/Degree qualification in the relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Proven knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices. (Not mandatory)

**Benefits**:

- Probation (6 Months)

b. Dental Care of RM250.00 per annum, on reimbursement basis.

c. Eye Care of RM250.00 per annum, on reimbursement basis.

d. Lifestyle Allowance of RM350.00, on monthly basis.

e. Staff is eligible for medical protection and a Medical Card will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
