Job Descriptions
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the

overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,

grievances, or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development,

engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and

procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high

performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

**Requirements**:
Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,Chinese
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for

this position.
- Manufacturing working background is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- People oriented and results driven
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at

all levels of the company

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 4 years (required)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)
